Training: Up to a challenge? - In Actio Kulturos centras

November 20 – 28, 2010 Youth from various parts of Europe came to Training courses in Macedonia to become a good mentor.

Participants of training courses Up To Challenge learnt how to solve issues, which volunteers may met, discussed who is a really good mentor, what should they do, how to build trust, what does it mean to be a good listener. Also, youth expanded their horizon about EVS and the program of Youth in Action. All these things were taught by three trainers in the way of non-fornal education. What is more, some volunteers visited participants in their living location town of Struga and shared their true experiences of being a volunteer.

Participants exchanged the information about organizations they represented.

Surely, participants deepened knowledge about each other cultures, raised their tolerance and skills of communication and other invaluable experiences which every Training courses or youth exchange provide.
